China Daily's article this morning shocked people all around Asia, although news of it may not yet have spread to the United States. If not, then consider yourselves well-informed. The article here begs the question: Why has North Korea suddenly declared war on South Korea? As we all know, between the two, America (and most of the rest of the world) will undoubtedly favor South Korea. A more interesting question, however, is where China will stand on this issue?
